Job Description

We are currently working with a leading technical service and development organisation who is a leader within the Food and agricultural sectors. Due to their continued growth they are currently looking to recruit an experience quality manager to join their International team based out of their headquarters based near Swindon.

The role will be responsible for ensuring safety and quality of all of our client’s products through the leadership of the quality team. It will also be responsible for ensuring all of the organisations finished products conform to technical specifications, meet internal and external quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations, licences and certifications. Whilst also ensuring all processes and actions in the business comply with legal, certification and customer requirements.

To be considered for this position candidates must be degree educated with at least 5 years quality management experience, ideally within a regulated environment. Due to the nature of this role a prior understanding of HACCP is preferred with experience managing internal and supplier audits.

This role will have an International scope with business relationship that will need to be maintained right across the globe, therefore you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong resilience to pressure and the ability and understanding of how quality works with the commercial business to achieve outcomes.
