Head of Marketing Activation - Pakistan

Job Description

A Multinational FMCG company is looking for a Head of Marketing Activation. The ideal candidate must have brand and trade experience with a strong background in IMC activations and must be a Pakistani national. 

Position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop long term activation strategy to enable 365 days, ‘Always On’ consumer engagement across the relevant platforms.
  • Regularly review and modify the strategy where and when necessary
  • Lead the development, agreement and implementation of a plan to address identified gaps in brand activation capability. 
  •  Lead the development of innovative and effective activation techniques for consumer communication, grounded insights into shopper motivation / behaviour and opportunities/constraints in different shopper channels.
  • Work closely with brand & trade team for development and implementation of these ideas.
  •  Lead the Shopper Marketing and Activation team

Job Qualifications: 

  • At least 8 years of experience in Marketing and/or similar roles within an FMCG company.
  • Seasoned marketer with rounded Brand & Trade experience; exposure to shopper marketing and/or media planning in Agencies are an added advantage.
  • Excellent networking skills and relationship building skills.
