DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Advertising and Social Media
- Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
- Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Plan content and delivery
- Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote our organisation and brand
- Create engaging multimedia content
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Using various software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Making travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Opening, sorting emails, and other correspondence and organizing to-do lists for CEO.
- Provide general administrative support.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Fluent in English (both written and oral)
Competent in PowerPoint, Word
Excellent Organizational skills
