Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibilities :-

 

       Execution of Vendor Invoices to create Account payable

·         Execution of Employee expenses

·         Execution of Tax payables

·         Execution of all types of Payments including Vendors, Employees, Tax etc.

·         Execution of Accounts Receivable

·         Proper Follow up of Accounts Receivable

·         Ensure Sales Collections & deposit to banks

·         Payroll execution

·         Fixed Assets tagging

·         Team Management

·         Audits trials

 

Skills/Knowledge required :-

 

·         Database Knowledge (SQL, Oracle)

·         MS Office ( Word, Excel & Power point)

·         Communication Skills

·         Accounting System Knowledge

·         Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

·         Strong analytical thinking

·         Knows how to “get things done”. Very strong execution skills

·         A real go-getter - “fire in the belly”

·         A team player, strong people management skills.

Experience (Range in years) :-

5 to 7 years

Minimum Qualification :-

MBA (Finance), preferably ACCA, ACMA
