· Daily Follow-ups from Territory managers / Area sales manager on store operations, sales & service.
· Managing Retail department Weekly & monthly meetings.
· Preparation & presentation of Retail Sales Dashboard to management.
· Leading Sales & Services training program (Tabdeeli Program).
· Coaching Territory managers / Area sales manager & store staff on sales and operations.
· Provide support regarding Gap analysis, Inventory review/IST task, Retail operations manual & GTM preparation.
· Designing & rolling out sales/service & operations improvements in stores.
· Support in resolving customer complains.
· Support in Store New store opening /important company sales events.
· Weekly & Monthly reporting to Directors.
Minimum 12 years of work experience ideally in a Retail Operations role
Bachelors or Masters from HEC recognized local or foreign college
