Purpose of the role
The purpose of the role is to provide both a consultancy service to Key Account customers and support to the sales teams engaging with the key account customers.
The Solutions Architect will use knowledge of the company’s products and services to translate customer requirements into functional, effective and appropriate solutions for maintaining and upselling into the prospective customer base.
Experience and qualification required
This role is ideally suited to someone looking to make a career step into a Solutions Architect role.
If you have around 4 or 5 years’ experience of working for a tier 1 operator or SI and have strong Network skills with experience designing complex global enterprise solutions, then this will be a great move.
You should Ideally have CCNA, CCDA or MEF certification and strong experience of MPLS/Hybrid WAN Managed solutions, Leased Line / Private Line technologies including backbone transmission. Local and Global Ethernet solutions and Knowledge of SD-WAN.
You will have customer facing experience and be confident in speaking on current customer network trends and industry evolutionary technologies, at ground or CxO level.
You will be working closely with sales executives and have an appreciation of the sales cycle with contract negotiation and business case understanding. You should already have success with technical, commercial and contractual negotiations.
It is essential you speak both French and English fluently.
