People Development and Experience Manager

Job Description

Auotomotive multinational company is looking for a People Development and Talent Manager for one of the plants located in Lima, Perú.

 

• You will use your knowledge and experience in People Development to optimize our Talent management within organization
• You challenge the actual ‘employee experience’ initiatives and improve it to an outstanding experience.
• You work in close collaboration with the marketing team on our employer branding initiatives and internal / external communication actions and channels;
• You continue to look for new opportunities to reach our goals related to “diversity” ;
• You work on solutions that build high performing teams through team coaching and facilitation.
• You challenge and propose different cultural and communication initiatives to help in granting the culture deployment through the organization.
• You  co-define the training and development activities to support a harmonize development of the behaviors expected to support our 4 core values.
• You foster leadership and high potential development by promoting the adoption of learning programs and frameworks, and by contributing to customized development solutions.
• You work on tools and solutions to detect the top talent in the organization, help it in assessing, calibrating, suggesting and implementing individual plans to foster engage and promote the best ones for the future company success and growth.
 

Experience


• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in applied roles that include Organization Development, Talent Management and Learning and Development; ideal candidates will also have had experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
• Demonstrated experience applying theoretical knowledge of Change Management, and Adult Learning to address business challenges.
• Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with Human Resources colleagues and working collaboratively across Human Resources disciplines.
• You have a Bachelor or a Master degree,
• You already gained experience in a similar position and a relevant business environment (preferably industry)
• Not frequent, but you are able to travel (Latam, Europe, USA, China)
• You advise our business leadership on specific talent questions, adoption of new Talent Initiatives and team development.
• You will contribute to the development and implementation of new Talent projects
• You have a sound knowledge of English (Spanish, German, and or Chinese, highly appreciated) have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, …)
• You work accurately, are flexible and adapt quickly to changing environments.
• You are analytical and goal oriented.
• You know how to manage different (high level) stakeholders.
• You are not afraid to take initiative.
• You are a discrete and diplomatic person.
• You are a team player and have very good communication skills.
• You are well organized, stress-resistant and you are flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines (strong time management & priority management skills)
