The Talent Acquisiton Manager is a challenging role responsible for the identification of Managerial positions, and highly specialized roles difficult to find in the market.
Is responsible to lead the complete process of profiling identifying , screening and due diligence of talent acquisition process.
The role will support the hiring managers and HRBPs on the designing of profiles according to requirements of the position based on the competencies required to complement the team, the role and identify potential future leaders.
It is also instrumental in the improvements and deployment of new talent acquisition processes to improve the results of the department, mentoring the rest of the team and supporting the manager on his role coordinating and coaching the team to make decisions.
This role will support the plant located in Lima Peru and will implement competencies interviews on them.

3 years experience recruiting salary specialized positions
2 years experience recruiting managerial positions
2 years on automotive industry (asset)
Proven experience managing projects and/or participating on planning/administrating programs.
Behavioral interviews experience (Asset: Target Selection Certification)
Experience delivering and implementing marketing/branding strategies to attract talent.
Asset - Certification interpreting assessments
Asset – Leadership experience coordinating recruitment teams or equivalent
