Role and Responsibilities
Lead sales and marketing of Automotive 2W OEMS pitch to SOP
Lead Customer Interactions, Lead sales and business development reviews, Maintain the program with in assigned PD Budget, Change Management, Risk assessment both Technical & Financial.
Monitor and Track Budget vs Actual on sales.
Lead Business development strategy for Automotive 2W Business
Understand the Customer’s work requirement (SOR/SOW) and project deliverables (Project time estimation, quality and commit delivery dates).
Leading Design Reviews with Cross Functional Team Like Program Management, Quality & Manufacturing Team.
Meeting the quality Procedure/Standards for CAD Design of Components (assembly & part Level).
Lead team and manage performance and capability development of team members.
Assigning Tasks to Team Members & ensuring quality Products with regular reviews.
Manage assigned DCRM / VA-VE Targets on Programs and guide team lead for the same.
Lead Benchmarking of Lighting Products as per plan.
Encourage team to participate in Paper Publication, Patent sumbission and recognise team.
Develop team and lead talent acquisition for India sales and marketing Team
