This housing finance company  was set up in 2010. It aims to serve the housing loan needs of low and middle income customers who are purchasing their first homes and have limited access to regular banking channels.

  • The business has grown at 50%+ CAGR since inception in a profitable and prudent manner with low default ratios               
  • The Company has disbursed housing loans worth more than INR 1,000 Cr to over 10,000 families across 40 branches in 24 cities in India;

Having built a robust and profitable affordable housing loan business with the support of a strong leadership team and cutting edge technology,It is now at a trajectory where they are envisaging exponential growth while penetrating the markets deeper.

 

To support this foray, it is keen to hire Branch Managers, responsible for managing its affordable housing finance business in the existing markets in 11 states

 

 

 

Key Result Areas

Portfolio Management

  • Handling the P&L for a housing loan portfolio of Rs 30+ crores, consisting of 300-500 customers
  • High collection efficiency and minimum NPAs for the portfolio
  • Highest levels of customer service measured through Net Promoter Scores for the portfolio
  • Operational efficiency and accuracy measured via various operational metrics

 

Sales and Business Development

  • Market intelligence and mapping to identify potential growth areas for affordable housing
  • Developing new builder relationships and distribution channels for maximum loan growth
  • Nurture existing builder relationships
  • Sales promotions and product launches to build market presence and push sales

 

Leadership

  • Lead a team of 5-10 MBA graduates who are involved in sales, business development, credit, collections and customer service at the branch
  • Coach, mentor and motivate the team members to bring out the best results

  • Achieve business plan
  • AUM growth
  • Delinquency levels and NPA
  • Profitability and P&L of the branches
  • NPS/Customer satisfaction scores

Qualification & Experience

 

  • Minimum of 4+ years of work experience in Branch Mgmt in Financial Services / HL / Mortgages

 

Must have Competencies

 

  • Ability to lead and motivate branch teams
  • Ability to handle branch operations
  • Ability to manage portfolio risk and collections

Desirable competencies

 

  • Experience in HL / Mortgages is desirable

 

Preferred industry as source of talent
