- Establish the annual HR budget, with Business Head
- Participate in Management Review to take into account strategic axis, identify HR weaknesses and needs and propose actions
-Monitor and analyze the performance and efficiency indicators defined for the business unit and monitor the associated progress actions
-Establish the training plan with the leadership team, integrating Group strategic trainings-Organize training (consultation, negotiation, orders, follow-up, evaluation results)
-Support and drive projects led by the senior management team
-Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle regarding administration and change management and supporting communications as required.
- Organize new employee documents and participate personally to induction and integration reviews
-Manage IR climate, union, wage settlement, employee engagement, grievance handling
