Business Development Manager:
We are looking at BDM with tremendous energy and fire so we are looking for someone who is a star and has achieved more than his peers in five to eight years. We want a person who will take a challenge and deliver on it, can consistently deliver agreed Sales numbers, learn and acquire new knowledge and skills rapidly, is good at opening, penetrating new markets, building CXO relationships, winning over clients, taking charge of delivering on promises, exciting people to join in growing businesses exponentially and is willing to be in the thick of the action.
Experience: 5-8 Years
Graduate from premium schools in India.
· Candidate should fall in age group of 28-35 years and must have background from reputed IT Services firms.
· Candidate should have ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company, can build consensus and achieve goals.
· Should have driven Business Development for IT Services and Consulting.
· Shall be interacting with client personnel (CXO level ) on a regular basis.
· Should be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
· Ability to independently take client issues develop solution themes based on original thinking
· To be responsible for generating business from given geography
· To catalyze the business development for IT Services, by identifying the prospective clients for the Organization
· Study various verticals; identify potential customers and generate leads.
· Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion. Track against targets and budget.
· Meet the profitability, revenue goals and provide customer satisfaction.
· Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision making process.
· Assist in marketing and presales activities.
