Job Description

Ideal Candidate:




·         HR Business consolidator ( Non – Manufacturing)  - Strategize & ensure HR strategy implementation across businesses

·         Talent Acquisition ( Non – Manufacturing): Establish and lead the recruitment policy & practices necessary to recruit & retain effective personnel. Ensures timely recruitments

·         PMS (Non – Manufacturing): Plan, implement and administer the developed PMS in a timely, correct & effective manner to align employees with the strategic goals of the company

·         Statutory Compliances ( Non –Manufacturing)

·         Employee Services:

·         Administration: Oversee the administrative functions and provide direction to the administrative team for effective functioning and optimization of costs




·         Graduate in any stream

·         MBA / Full time diploma in Management with specialization in HR




·         15 yrs of work experience with at least 4 – 5 yrs in corporate HR function in mid-size to large size industries handling similar responsibilities
