Job Description

JD FOR REGIONAL SALES MANAGER  Responsible for the Equipment sales, Aftermarket sales & business development.  Manage dealer, distributors for their business planning & review, business processes, capability & all outcomes.  To ensure consistent increase in market share through implementation of territory specific strategies.  Analysing business potential, conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.  Implementing sales processes at dealership to achieve targeted for each dealership.  Implementation of promotional activities for channel partners as a part of brand building & market development effort.  Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client/customer satisfaction levels.  Maintaining excellent relations with clients/customers to generate revenues for further business development  Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management  Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company  Evaluates and implements appropriate new Sales techniques to increase the region’s Sales Volume, collects relevant competitor’s market information to increase the volume and market share  Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partner resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.  Monitoring channel sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection targets. People Management  Recruiting training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.  Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamline processes to ensure smooth functioning of operations business.  Ensuring regular orientation of channel partners for newly introduced parts Experience: 13 to 15 Years in the Compressors/ Capital Goods Industry Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engg. /Graduation / Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing
