ROLE

DIRECTOR OF ROOMS

Functions as a strategic business leader and is responsible for Front Office and Housekeeping departments.

This is an Executive Committee role.

Core work activities:

- Manages profitability;

- Manages revenue goals;

- Leads operation and department teams;

- Manages guest experience;

- Performs human resources activities.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- 5 star Luxury background is a pre-requisite;

- Relevant experience in front desk, guest services, housekeeping or management operations;

- Proven and effective leader of multicultural teams;

- Excellent and clear communicator;

- Outstanding trainer and coach;

- Hands on, results driven culture.and approach.
