HP Service Manager Expert

Job Description

Qualifications & Requirements Have 2 or more years' experience in Implementation experience in HP Service Manager Have done at least 2 End to End implementations of Service Manager 7.x / Service Manager 9.x. Ability to understand customer business needs and converting them to Functional requirements. Knowledge in mapping the functional requirements to HP SM Processes. Experience in customer Interactions and Interpersonal skills. Knowledge in Service Manager Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration, SLM, SRC and Release Management processes.   Technical Requirements   Experience in installing & configuring HP Service Manager based on customer requirements. Experience in Implementation of SM modules like SD/IM/CM/PM/KM with Process Designer Knowledge & Experience in HPSM customizations such as form customizations, format controls and scripting such as RAD and JavaScript. Knowledge working with SM Workflows, Web services. Knowledge and experience working in HP Connect-IT and customizing the connectors. Experience working in tools like Connect-IT, Asset Manager, UCMDB. Experience in Integrating HPSM with Other HPSW Products like HPAM,UCMDB,OM,NNM etc Experience working in UNIX and Oracle databases.
