Residential Sales Consultant

Job Description

  • You will identify potential clients for the company’s products;
  • You will fill client’s satisfaction survey during the meetings, according to Marketing Department requests;
  • You will determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them;
  • You will invite representatives from Design Department and/or Legal Department at the meetings with the clients, for consultative purpose;
  • You will be in charge of the selling contract signing and monitoring the unit delivery to the client;
  • You will maintain a permanent relation with clients for having a high satisfaction degree;
  • You will record the selling contract in the database complying with internal regulations;
  • You will verify the contents of contract documentation or of the selling precontract;
  • On the request of the Sales and Marketing Manager you will have to prepare and share periodical activity reports;
  • You have to always learn and stay knowledgeable about real estate and be up-to-date with the best practices in the industry;
  • You will be in charge of the offers for the approval of the clients;
  • You have to comply to company internal regulations and procedures.

  • Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment and decision-making ability;
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills;
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamin environment and prioritize work;


Educational background/Work experience

  • You have a degree in Marketing;
  • Previous experience in residential is preferable, but not mandatory.
