Office Manager/IT Recruiter

Job Description

IT Company, present in Romania since 2007
- Office in North Area, plans for relocation to Victoriei Plaza
- Focused in Software Development, Resource Placement, Solution Implementation

- Filling labour contracts and preparing induction procedures for employees
- Responsible for timesheet registration for personnel
- Provide support in marketing activities such as: rebranding, website, business cards
- Meet and greet clients and visitors, responsible for office protocol.
- Set up meetings for General Manager via e-mail/telephone
- Manage contacts and business cards in Outlook suite
- Create, review, modify and translate documents using Microsoft Office Package
- Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Post packages
- Research price and purchase supplies
- Coordinate and maintain records for personnel
- Manage the administrative relation with clients and suppliers
- Provide support to the HR department, in the recruitment processes, when required
- Draft the format for proposals, offers, RFPs and manage the required documentation (certificates, financial papers, etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned by General Manager

- Responsible for ensuring that financial information is processed in accordance with stated company procedures and processes in order to provide management and statutory report information
- Respond to routine inquiries from staff / customers and suppliers and investigates as required
- Provide advice to managers on relevant financial issues
- Attend finance meetings and document key information and decisions as required
- Perform financial calculations to support financial transactions relating to a section of the finance directorate
- Analyse basic financial information in response to queries from managers, suppliers and customers.

- Identify and resolves errors and discrepancies
- Monitor and contribute to the drawing up of budgets during the yearly budget setting process
- Maintain accounting spreadsheets used in the Finance function.

- Focused and organized person, hard-working and dedicated, positive thinker, solution oriented
- Previous experience as Office Manager – minimum 2 years
- Diving License (not mandatory)
- Nice-to-have experience as HR Recruiter/ Analyst, and/or experience in an IT company
- Basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures, financial reporting
- Knowledge and awareness of the application of relevant national accounting standards
- Excellent English language skills;
- Advanced MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, from CEOs of big companies, to regular employees.
