Our Client is an important Hebrew Company with large construction investment experience, of over 30 years, very active in Africa, too.
Responsibilities and duties:
-Meet with building owners and tenants to discuss build-out specifications and improvements
-Mediate between landlords and tenants to find workable solutions that appeal to both parties
-Create estimates for build-out projects, including labor, supplies, materials and other ancillary costs
-Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field
-Hire and assign construction work to each project
-Maintain a daily job site log
-Coordinate all construction services and activities
-Maintain strict build-out construction schedule and make changes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
-Educate landlords and tenants on aesthetic and practical choices for build-out
•Construction University graduated
•Min. 3-5 years experience in construction field, structure, foundation of large construction buildings like hospital, office buildings etc , OR
•Fit-Out and finishing work on construction, knowing A/Csystems, mechanical related, fit-out layouts, security entrance systems etc
•The position requires strong business management skills and must demonstrate organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and client service skills.
•Strong leadership skills, (development path to Project Manager construction)

-Availability to be relocated and live in Ghana on a 2 years permanent employment contract, with possibility to extend.
-Salary range over 4000 USD net in hand fix per month in the first 3 month anad after 4500 USD, + 600USD spending money plus all inclusive : house, food, air plane, cleaning, viza etc - paid by the Group.
-2 years permanent employment contract, with possiblity to renew it, and all taxes paid, as per law
