New Business Development Manager - Romania

Job Description

Our Client is a Global HR customised solution provider aiming to improve productivity and performance issues. 

The roles can cover entire Romanian territory or - it depends on the candidates - just having a regional split on west-south Romania vs another person in charge with south-east Romania.


  •  Cold calling to generate new clients
  • Maximise revenue by concentrating on highest potential companies in Romania due to pre-defined sales strategy;
  • Able to maximise warm calls and existing business leads
  • Search new prospects and build database;
  • Setting targets and tracking of the KPIs;
  • Supervising the implementation of the monthly sales targets;
  • Implement, track and follow up on monthly activity sales operational targets;
  • Preparing and implementing development plans;
  • Creating weekly reports from sales;
  • Keep contact with other departments during the daily operation;


  •  min. 3-5 years of experience in sales (B2C);
  • High analytical skills for strategy development, business planning;
  • Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills;
  •  Very good training offered in CEE
  • Can do attitude;
  • Self driven, able to work independently in matrix structure
  • Driving license (B)
  • Native Romanian and Fluent English
