Job Description

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
• Developing relationships with managers and other key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of the local HR strategy with the Group business plan
• Working alongside managers to ensure the optimal departmental structure and reporting relationships are in place to deliver business objectives
• Ensuring the provision of best practice HR services (recruitment, resourcing, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, change management, learning and development, succession planning) to the business
• Identifying development needs and putting strategies and in place to grow and develop leaders, managers and employees, linking performance objectives to the organisation’s strategy and supporting the achievement of business objectives
• Assisting in the development and implementation of appropriate policies and procedures in line with the overall business strategy, legislation and regional and global HR policies
• Taking responsibility for reporting HR metrics/scorecards
• Developing personal and professional credibility (of self and HR team) to earn trust and respect

• Master’s degree
• +10 years of relevant experience, preferably in professional services
• Previous experience of working at the same level in a global business is essential
• Demonstrated in-depth understanding and knowledge of the principles, concepts and practices of HR management
• Proven ability to communicate with staff and HR team and build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Able to influence, motivate and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
• Demonstrable energy, enthusiasm and focus in challenging situations – able to work productively in a busy environment
• Able to effectively combine a strategic and operational approach – rolling up sleeves as well as providing strategic input where provided
• Demonstrated understanding of commercial and financial business drivers
