Customer Service Specialist PHARMA – Rome


The Customer Service Specialist reports to Customer Service Supervisor and is responsible for the following activities:

  1. Manage orders coming from Customers, under his own responsibility or in support of other team members, acting as back-up when needed, applying SOPs and working practices defined at team level and granting a high level of service to the Customer               
  2. Is the main contact for patients supplied by company for outbound and inbound phone calls 
  3. Manage complaints coming from Customers and Patients, according to SOPs and involving all the other functions needed to solve the issues
  4. Co-operate within the Customer Service team in the implementation of new activities, processes and procedures, to optimize the service given to patients and to involve new people in the team.
  5. Co-operate with the Internal Functions involved in Customer Service Processes, such as Business (Marketing & Sales Force), Finance, QA, PV, Warehouse, TDS, Technical Service


Essential duties and responsibilities


  • Manage patients by Accounts
  • Manage orders, back orders and complaints granting a high level of service
  • Manage Business
  • Work in alignment with the other members of the Homecare team
  • Pro-actively contribute to implement activities and processes with the objective of improving service to internal and external Customers
  • Habilitation to Informatore Scientifico del Farmaco
