- To implement project sales strategy (direct sales).
- To develop relations with existing Clients and to attract new Clients.
- To coordinate the execution of projects.
- To meet the assigned quarterly and annual sales target.
- To analyze and monitor competitors and customers activities.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales in the construction industry.
- Project sales and project management at zero stage of construction - essential.
- Business development & account management experience – essential.
- Customer and market intelligence (developers at industrial construction).
- Business and financial acumen. Project management skills.
- Effective communicator with very good negotiation and presentation skills; self-organized, proactive.
- Readiness to travel extensively within Central part of Russia.
