Job Description


  1. To implement project sales strategy (direct sales).
  2. To develop relations with existing Clients and to attract new Clients.
  3. To coordinate the execution of projects.
  4. To meet the assigned quarterly and annual sales target.
  5. To analyze and monitor competitors and customers activities.


  1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales in the construction industry.
  2. Project sales and project management at zero stage of construction - essential.
  3. Business development & account management experience – essential.
  4. Customer and market intelligence (developers at industrial construction).
  5. Business and financial acumen. Project management skills.
  6. Effective communicator with very good negotiation and presentation skills; self-organized, proactive.
  7. Readiness to travel extensively within Central part of Russia.
