Job Description


  • Active customer search in the project sales channel: CCP category in the entrusted territory: Tver, Smolensk and the region;
  • Development and management of company partners - distributors, designers, etc.;
  • Introduction of the company's products into solutions for facility construction;
  • Carrying out technical consultations of clients on the entrusted products;
  • Independent analytics and reporting.


  • The presence of relevant effective experience of 2-3 years in project sales is mandatory;
  • Higher education, preferably technical;
  • Skills in negotiation, territory management, planning and setting priorities;
  • High analytical skills; honesty and openness, flexibility in thinking, teachability, results orientation, independence.


  • Official employment, fixed monthly salary, quarterly KPI performance bonuses;
