Project Sales Manager
- Active customer search in the project sales channel: CCP category in the entrusted territory: Tver, Smolensk and the region;
- Development and management of company partners - distributors, designers, etc.;
- Introduction of the company's products into solutions for facility construction;
- Carrying out technical consultations of clients on the entrusted products;
- Independent analytics and reporting.
- The presence of relevant effective experience of 2-3 years in project sales is mandatory;
- Higher education, preferably technical;
- Skills in negotiation, territory management, planning and setting priorities;
- High analytical skills; honesty and openness, flexibility in thinking, teachability, results orientation, independence.
- Official employment, fixed monthly salary, quarterly KPI performance bonuses;
