Job Description

 

Duties

  • Work at the support hotline (equipment repair)
  • Reception, distribution and registration in the telephone call database
  • Consulting clients
  • Dispatching the department's work (service engineers and product and training specialists)
  • Document management

 

Requirements 

  • Experience in customer service support and experience in the Claims Department is important
  • Higher education
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office and 1C programmes
  • High communication skills, ability to deal with objections, stress tolerance, results orientation, discipline and business ethics.
  • Commentary .
  • Registration in accordance with the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, entirely "white" salary;
  • Decent salary level;
  • Social package (laptop, cellular phone, mobile payment, medical insurance);
  • Work schedule 5/2 from 9 to 18.
