- Complete management of the entire volume of tasks related to the KDP (registration of employment, vacations, dismissals, transfers, sick leave, allowances, bonuses, personal Affairs, etc.) (180-200 employees);
- Maintaining personnel records in 1C 8.3;
- Keeping records of the provision of annual paid leave to employees, monitoring compliance with the holiday schedule, as well as its preparation;
- Calculation of bonuses and other material payments for employees, as well as execution and storage of relevant documentation (applications, certificates, orders);
- Maintain reception and verification of sick leave;
- Keeping records of employees ' working hours;
- Consultation of employees on Labor law issues.
- Higher education, mainly personnel management;
- Work experience with KDP from 3 years, salary calculation experience (preference);
- Knowledge of the Labor code of the Russian Federation;
- Confident PC user, Microsoft Office, 1C version 3.2;
- Performance, attentiveness, learning ability, sociability, self-discipline.
