RAN Fault Management Engineer, location: Voronezh

Job Description


 

Scope of work: 

Fault Management takes end-to-end responsibility for corrective maintenance of Network problems ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed until resolution to SLA & OLA requirements

                               

Key task of the job:

1.       Alarm Localization, Verification and Correction

2.       Liaises with Customer Care organizations regarding Network outages

3.       Provides Major service outage investigations and follow up

4.       Provides recommendations for local corrective actions

5.       Ensures end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets

6.       Eliminate alarms on multivendor RAN network (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, Alcatel)

7.       Fault Remote Diagnosis

8.       Fault Resolution

9.       Fault Resolution verification and validation

10.   Dispatch WO and Follow Up

11.   Ensures planned outages are carried out/rolled back in maintenance window

12.   Trouble Ticket Updates and Follow Up

 

Requirements:

For RAN Fault Management functions execution and quality delivery, the Service Supplier should preferably ensure that the required competences are present, namely:

1.       Network Management Experience

2.       L2/L3 level of O&M and troubleshooting RAN Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, Alcatel

3.       Remote commissioning & integration 

4.       Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

5.       Incident Management Experience

6.       Good communication skills

7.       Deeper expertise of GSM, UMTS, LTE and IP concepts

8.       Trouble Ticket management

9.       Russian language skills (written)

10.   Windows/MS Office - Regular Knowledge

11.   Nokia IT tools and processes knowledge will be a plus.

-        Service delivery within SLA

-        Escalation to next level

-        Update 4booking tool

-        SPOC in shifts

-        Maintain and Update documentation in specific pages
