Job Description


  • Development and control of sales in the territory of distribution of company products
  • Preparation and participation in negotiation campaigns with key clients
  • Direct sales through customers (distributors/subdistributors) - local key customers, Horeca, retail
  • Control over compliance with established sales plans, including secondary sales plans for a specific customer in the region
  • Conducting regular point of sale audits
  • Work to ensure the maximum possible representation of products (agreed range and number of points where products are represented)
  • Planning, forecasting and control of sales on a regular basis on the entrusted territory
  • Reporting


  • Experience of at least 3 years in FMCG - companies in positions: regional manager, area manager, key account manager (KAM).
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Availability of concrete results on client development
  • Stressfulness, purposefulness, initiative
