Job Description

Responsibilities   

  •  Budgeting and control of staff costs;
  •  Managing the salary review process;
  •  Formation of HR analytics and reporting;
  •  Performing settlement requests, simulations, provision and consolidation of compensation information;
  •  Job evaluation;
  •  Participating in the preparation of communications and communication materials on ongoing compensation and benefits activities;
  •  Participation in cross-functional projects of C&B.

Requirements 

  •  Higher economic education;
  •  Experience in positions with similar functionality in FMCG companies from 3 years;
  •  Experience of interaction with the financial department;
  •  Experience in FMCG budgeting;
  •  Excellent knowledge of SAP HR, Excel;
  •  Developed communication skills.
