Duties and responsobilities:
- Development and implementation of internal Policies and Regulations for Russia and CIS.
- Coordination and audit of full cycle Staff Admin processes in Russia & CIS: Doc flow for Moscow and regional offices, Control and methodology of process building in compliance with legislation and internal requirements.
- C&B: Salary Review, Performance Management, Salary survey, Job evaluation, salary benchmarking & job mapping, Development and implementation of an employee Rewards system, Planning and Budgeting of Employee Costs, Implementation of Global Grades system according to the new structure, Cross tasks with brands.
- Coordination of payroll processes in Russia & CIS: Control of payroll calculations and execution made on payroll provider side, Reviewing day to day payroll operations.
- 5+ years experience at the similar position in International company, with 800+ employees.
- With Advanced English.
- Experience in payroll must be.
- Personally with open-minded, motivated, responsible person, not afraid of difficulties.
