Key account manager for the HoReCa channel (food service, natural coffee)

Job Description

 

Duties

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers on 2 product portfolios in the OOH channel (restaurants, bars, catering, hotels, fast food, production holdings, vending operators, catering)
  • Active search for new customers in the OOH channel
  • Conducting negotiations
  • Development of individual cooperation conditions, preparation of commercial proposals
  • Supporting customers at all stages of the transaction (signing contracts, controlling shipments, etc.)
  • Planning, forecasting and control of sales on a regular basis at the entrusted territory
  • Conducting quality audits at retail outlets
  • Work to ensure the highest possible product representation (increase in the number of SKUs) through presentations and training of partners
  • Control of customer financial discipline
  • Control and improvement of the financial indicators established by the Company in its area of responsibility
  • Search for new, non-standard business development formats on the OOH channel

 

Requirements 

  • Successful experience of active sales in FMCG companies, more than 3 years in positions: area manager in the UN channel; key account manager in the OOH channel.
  • Experience in the natural coffee segment
  • High level of negotiation skills
  • Experience in activating network clients in the OOH channel (negotiation, contracting, etc.)
  • Availability of concrete results on client development in the OOH channel
  • Structuring, discipline; strategic thinking
  • High level of self-organisation, focus on results rather than process
  • Stressfulness, purposefulness, initiative
