Territorial Sales Manager

Job Description



  • Development and control of sales within the Company's distribution area
  • Preparation and participation in negotiation campaigns with key clients
  • Direct sales through customers (distributors/sub-distributors) - local key customers, Horeca, retail
  • Monitoring the implementation of established sales plans, including secondary sales plans, for specific customers in the region
  • Regular point of sale audits
  • Work to ensure the best possible representation of products (agreed range and number of points at which products are presented)
  • Planning, forecasting and control of sales on a regular basis at the entrusted territory
  • Reporting .



  • Experience of at least 3 years in FMCG - companies in the following positions: regional manager, area manager, key account manager (KAM)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Availability of concrete results for customer development
  • Stressfulness, purposefulness, initiative
