Client service and logistics specialist

Job Description



1. Full cycle of work with clients' orders:

  • orders placement in 1C;
  • coordination of availability and terms of receipt with the client;
  • issuing of invoices and other accompanying documents;
  • tracking the shelf life of goods;
  • coordination of shipments with the warehouse and the client;
  • transport order, delivery tracking, temperature regime;
  • customer credit block tracking;
  • return of original documents;
  • claims handling;
  • organization of return of goods, replacement;
  • invoice verification by service providers;
  • entry of necessary information in 1C;

2. Supporting the department's functions in planning purchase orders for the factory, interaction with the warehouse, logistics issues, as well as related departments on request;

3. Providing reports;

4. Execution of delivered kpi;

5. Analysis and improvement of current processes, participation in projects;

6. Drawing up procedures;

7. Participation in inventories;

8. Document flow organization.



  • 1-3 years experience with similar functionality;
  • solid work experience in 1C;
  • a confident user of Excel;
  • excellent knowledge of supporting documentation;
  • work experience, SAP implementation, as an advantage;
  • experience of work with EDO, EPD;
  • English at the correspondence level;
  • activity, excellent communication skills and customer focus.
  • education in logistics will be a big plus, but not necessarily
  • experience in medical equipment and pharmaceutical industry will be another big plus.
