- Active and independent search and attraction of clients in Russia: all sales channels: distributors, DIY networks, project channel, etc.;
- Building strong relationships with new clients and supporting current clients;
- Establishing plans and proposals for expanding the client base;
- Developing a regional development plan;
- Development of competitors, analytics;
- Conducting negotiations with clients, control of pricing, conclusion of contracts, formation of KP;
- Participation in specialized events;
- Relevant work experience in sales of climatic/heating equipment is a mandatory criterion;
- Experience in sales of engineering, technical products is mandatory;
- Activity, independence, focus on results, readiness for interesting and new tasks, initiative;
- Understanding of building sales, negotiations, price management, marketing, planning;
- Knowledge of English from a confident level is mandatory - reporting, interaction with management;
- The desire to develop personally and professionally;
- Readiness for business trips across Russia.
