Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of the representation of brands, portfolios in the category, in the client, in the channel (Osadio, Brand, Price, Package, Consumer) - and recommendations based on it;
  • Development and growth of representation of the company's brand portfolio in all sales channels;
  • Formation and analysis of client matrices, organization of the process of evaluation and recommendations for brand development in the channels, customers and categories;
  • Ensuring sales growth and an increase in the share of the shelf;
  • Support category development through formed recommendations on the shelf, by channel and by point category;
  • Analysis of point navigation and recommendations for development through marketing tools;
  • Organization and control of an effective Must List;
  • ABS analysis of the portfolio by region, channel and client;
  • Shelf management;
  • Competitive analysis and competitive matrix;
  • Identification of development opportunities and optimization of the range.

Requirements:

  • Experience of at least 3 years in the position of analyst/lead analyst in large companies with developed assortment matrix (analyst in priority);
  • Higher education (mainly in Marketing, Management or Economics);
  • Experience in handling large volumes of data and data structuring;
  • An understanding of the relationship between the product range of a competitive environment and business benefits;
  • Experience in project management and coordination;
  • Development of communication and presentation skills;
  • Self-reliance and results orientation;
  • Experience and skills in building metrics to assess various indicators and marketing performance criteria;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Presentation skills;
  • English conversational skills.
