- Creation of the structure of the financial block that will provide all necessary tasks with minimal resources
- Efficient construction of financial (including accounting and bookkeeping) business processes, their automation at a modern level
- Setting up financial flows for the whole group
- Establishing a system of financial interaction between legal entities
- Tax and financial planning, minimization of financial and tax risks
- Installation and control of all major accounting processes, accurate and timely submission of reports. Control of payment discipline.
- Organization of timely preparation of consolidated financial and management reports.
- Development, protection and current control of the company's budget execution.
- Internal and external audit organization
- Efficient management of financial flows, avoiding cash gaps.
- Preparation of monthly reports for company management and shareholders. Control of company expenses.
- Participation in writing the company's development strategy.
- Higher economic education, additional education in finance will be an advantage
- From 5 years of experience in finance, proven successful experience as a CFO - from 3 years
- Experience in building a financial department, optimization and process automation for the holding structure, the advantage will be the experience of working in IT company.
