Job Description

 

Your main tasks will be to build employee and organization excellence with optimal flexibility in resource allocation and planning, talent management, development, and retention in order to support business needs. You will develop organizational capabilities, commitment, and performance in according to the Company’s strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure labor relations at the Plant in compliance with current labor legislation and group principles of conduct;
  • Support transformation and changes in organizational development and people management practices;
  • Facilitate headcount planning, support preparation salaries & wages budget for production-based employees in cooperation with plant controlling, control of budget execution;
  • Building organizational capability through a HR Business partnering, support management team in applying and building on organizational development processes (Performance management, Succession planning, Talent management, etc.);
  • Facilitate the Talent agenda in line with business priorities in the scope of staffing; develop short-term solutions as well as investing in strengthening the pipeline for driving employee’s development agenda;
  • Proactively support development culture, work with people managers on development strategy and agenda to drive the future succession planning, ensure leadership and functional specific capability building opportunities meet organization and individual development needs;
  • Working with management teams, assess, develop, and implement an Employees Engagement approach (communication, recognition, employee involvement) in line with the local/group engagement strategy and initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher University’s degree;
  • 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources Management preferably with an international manufacturing company;
  • Expertise in Russian Labor Law, Labor Relations, C&B, Recruiting, and general HR functions;
  • Headcount planning/budget management experience;
  • Leadership and people management skills;
  • Strong influencing/coaching skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple & diverse stakeholders;
  • Good command of English is a plus;
  • Flexible in terms of relocation to Central Russia
