  • Brand promotion inside and outside the boutique
  • Attracting potential clients
  • Executing kpi
  • Management of sales process in accordance with company standards
  • Maintaining CRM


  • Excellent sales skills
  • Experience in luxury retail sales + Knowledge of jewelry and watches will be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Fluent Russian and English language skills are above average


  • Working in a large international luxury brand company
  • Decent salary level (KPI salary and bonus);
  • Official registration
  • Schedule 5/2 with floating weekend, 8 hours shift
