Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily operations of the store to ensure the achievement of the store business goals (sales and profitability) and strategic projects
  • Ensure the development of a clientele network for the store
  • Manage store staff and work with store employees to develop their selling capabilities to maximize sales opportunities and drive consumer satisfaction
  • Ensure the brand experience is delivered in regards to visual merchandising standards, care support and consumer interactions in line with the Corporate policies and procedures,
  • Ensure maintenance of inventory accuracy, in line with Corporate policies and procedures
  • Implement effective stock management to ensure optimal product availability to clients
  • Maintain regular communication between back and front office

Requirements 

  • High Education
  • Minimum 5 years of luxury retail management experience
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Leadership, result oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for fashion luxury
  • Fluent in English
