Chief Operating Officer (production sites of FMCG AGRO company)

Job Description


  • Manage and supervise production work and provide a centralized system for managing production sites with transparent business processes
  • To manage the operational management, to manage the structure of the directorate, to distribute among employees the responsibility for performance of production processes, to implement quality management standards
  • Ensure optimal conditions for timely and qualitative performance of tasks by production sites in accordance with approved regulations and production technology
  • Organization of monitoring of technical condition of production sites and compliance with industrial safety requirements
  • To provide the necessary level of technical preparation of production, increase of efficiency of production, reduction of costs, rational use of production resources, proper level of quality and competitiveness of produced products, its conformity to current state standards, specifications
  • Lead the work on formation of production policy and strategy of production development, definition of its main directions in accordance with the development strategy of the company
  • Ensure timely and reliable reports on the implementation of production plans
  • To organize systematic control over compliance with labor discipline at production sites, health and safety rules
  • To ensure economic efficiency of production, optimize costs in production processes
  • Manage production planning, maintenance and repair system
  • Ensure the effectiveness of design solutions, timely and quality preparation of production, technical operation, repair and modernization of equipment
  • Ensure the timely preparation of technical documentation
  • Participate in the analysis of production activities of the company in order to identify production reserves, eliminate losses and non-productive costs, rational use of material, human and other resources


  • Higher technical education
  • More than 5 years of experience in technical management or site management (in international companies).
  • Practical experience in building and configuring remote production site management processes
  • Knowledge of quality management standards
  • Contract Work Skills

  • Principles of financial planning and financial analysis
  • Basics of Administration
  • Basics of Personnel Management
