Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

 

Duties:

  • Receiving and placing orders for shipment of goods to customers at foreign plants;
  • Preparation and execution of specifications;
  • Coordination of shipments from order placement to customer receipt;
  • Tracking the fulfillment of obligations under the contract;
  • Coordination of technical service provision between the client and the technical department;
  • Interaction with other company offices around the world on international projects;
  • Placement of export orders and coordination of export deliveries;
  • Primary processing of claims, forwarding them to the appropriate department.

 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in similar positions, in customer service of production companies (large number of SKUs in operation) not less than two years;
  • knowledge of English at least at upper-intermediate level - mandatory (constant communication with the head office, plants);
  • Proficiency in SAP and 1C, Excel programmes;
  • High communication skills, literacy, stress resistance, attentiveness,
