Director of Personnel Management

Job Description

 

Duties:

  • Installation of the HR management function in the company with "0" (from strategy formation to system building of all processes in the field of HR management);
  • Development and implementation of HR processes in the central office, audit and improvement of HR processes in subsidiaries and branches;
  • Selection of personnel for key positions, both independently and with the involvement of recruitment agencies, the formation of a coherent management team;
  • Development and construction of the wage system (compensation and benefits);
  • Drawing up and controlling the budget for personnel expenses;
  • Development of regulations, policies and procedures, LNA, control over personnel records management,
  • Development of a system of personnel assessment, training and development,
  • Close work with the General Director and key managers, consulting on personnel management issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of modern practices in the field of personnel management and 5+ years of practical experience as Director of Personnel Management in industrial holdings, preferably FEC;
  • Successful experience in building (and / or transformation) of the HR function is mandatory,
  • A good understanding of the business and the ability to apply HR practices according to its needs,
  • Knowledge of Russian labor legislation,
  • Ability and willingness to "work with your hands",
  • Flexibility, personal maturity, the ability to build relationships, passion for their business and focus on results,
  • Ready for business trips;
  • Working level of English (will interact with foreign partners).
