KAM / Key Account Manager

Job Description


  • Support, participate, contribute and execute Sales activities in order to contribute to meet functional short and medium term commercial objectives;
  • Develop and maintain the business relationships with local customers and develop account plans;
  • Reports to Sales director Key Accounts;
  • Good knowledge of the Food Industry, end consumer’s trends and connection to BC opportunities to propose new concepts to develop further relations and increase sales volume and margin;
  • Propose sales improvements and new ways to approach actual and potential customers in sales territory;
  • Employee act as project manager for more complicated requests from customers requiring cross-functional involvement on local and regional level.


  • 3-5 years of commercial experience;
  • B2B segment;
  • Only food industry: dairy, confectionary, bakery, ice-cream, food ingredients;
  • Specific business understanding & market know-how of the B2B food industry;
  • Business travelling (Russia);
