- Maintenance and development of the company's sales in the distribution segment.
- Collecting information about potential customers. Communication with potential clients and contractors.
- Negotiations with clients at all levels from engineers to Directors (general, technical, commercial) in order to promote the goods and services of the Company. Consulting customers on the technical characteristics of products.
- Reception and processing of customer orders, preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Interaction with the departments of the company that are involved in data transfer for the preparation and calculation of the cost of products.
- Coordination with the client, technical specifications for products, documents on product quality, the procedure for delivery, payment for goods, services, their volumes.
- Conclusion of contracts for the sale of goods and services of the Company.
- Implementation of the sales plan.
- Participation in tenders and official procurement procedures, preparation
- technical and commercial parts of the tender proposal.
- Taking measures to reduce the accounts receivable of counterparties.
- Participation in the work and implementation of activities related to the activities of the sales department.
- Maintaining an information base of communications with clients.
- Initiation and participation in marketing, advertising activities.
- Monitoring of competitors' proposals.
- Regular reporting.
- Successful work experience with distributors of electrical products / or work experience in a distribution company.
- Working level of English (communication and reporting).
