HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

Job Description

Job Summary
HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition) will be in charge of talent acquisition, on-boarding & adaptation for Russian Subsidiary as well as taking part in other HR projects together with Senior HRM.

· Responsibilities

  • Deliver high - level recruitment services in line with business and HR strategy :
  1. Full cycle of recruitment including job requisition, searching, interviewing, selection and all related communications on recruitment projects (both personally and through recruiting agencies)
  2. Manage development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies to attract and recruit high potential employees in a time and cost effective manner
  3. Hiring Managers consulting on recruitment matters
  4. HRITS recruitment and on-boarding module management (SAP Success Factors)
  5. Creating and maintaining local external talent pool, build partnerships with potential talents
  6. Recruitment budget following and provider's management
  • Facilitate new employee on-boarding process and deliver employee orientation programs:
  1. On-boarding process optimization and execution
  2. Employment documents compilation
  3. New Employee materials update and maintenance
  4. Induction trainings and orientation carrying out
  5. Mentorship program development
  6. Probation Period follow up and organize reviews according to Company policy
  7. Design and deliver induction and adaptation training programs to all levels of employees in all functions (together with related functional business units)
  8. Participate in other HR-projects

· Required skills and experience

  1. Highest Education (Bachelor or Master degree)
  2. 3 - 5 years working experiences in professional recruitment in-house or in recruiting agency with full recruitment cycle responsibilities
  3. Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment process and different recruitment tools and practices
  4. Experience of candidate selection for different range of positions
  5. Working experience within medical devises or pharmaceutical business is an advantage though not a must
  6. Good command of spoken and written English (upper-intermediate or above level)
  7. Familiar with computer and office software
  8. Project management skill
  9. Excellent communication skills

· Working Relations

  1. The post holder primarily reports to Senior HR Manager
  2. The internal work interfaces include but not limited to: Heads of departments and hiring managers both in Russian subsidiary and in HQ, finance, business support, legal and admin teams, HQ HR team.
  3. The external work interfaces include but not limited to: candidates, Recruiting agencies, other vendors of HR and related solutions.
