Sales Directоr (Russia & CIS)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Improvement of market position and further development of the market share in cooperation with the respective sales employees and production plants

- Responsible for the Russian sales company

- Control of sales representatives and activities of the sales offices Russia

- Responsible for the achievement of planning objectives

- Observance of the planned and approved budget (marketing, advertising, sales)
Pricing and control through strategic pricing, in coordination with the plant sales management and managing directors

- Optimising the product mix

- Strengthening of the brand product range in the DIS and DIY area

- Targeted control of the product portfolio (new additions, discontinuation, collection design etc.); at customers with an own product range and brand policy in coordination with PM

- Further development of the distributor network

- Strictly obey to the cartel law guidelines, anti-corruption guidelines as well as all other compliance-relevant guidelines of the Group

Expectations:
Relevant experience from 3 years
Experience in the flooring industry preferred
