Job Description

 

Duties

  • Develop and implement initiatives to attract talented professionals in Russia that meet business objectives;
  • Identify the best channels (job advertisement boards, social networks, direct search, etc.) according to the required profile;
  • Proactive network and market employment, allowing the Company to form a network of qualified candidates and sell the advantages of working for the Company;
  • Develop trusting relationships with the business and become a business partner of the team in order to provide the best possible recruitment experience for candidates and recruitment managers;
  • Create, recommend recruiting strategies and approaches;
  • Develop and strengthen the Employer brand in Russia, working with the global marketing team and local managers;
  • Act as an Employer Brand Ambassador; build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates; represent the Company at external events.

 

Requirements 

  • 3 + years of professional experience in recruitment,
  • Good direct talent search skills;
  • A wide network of contacts and a positive personal brand among digital professionals will be an advantage;
  • Proven knowledge of recruitment and evaluation methods;
  • Experience in organizing and participating in employer branding initiatives;
  • Experience in social media in recruitment is an advantage;
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all levels and cultures of the organization;
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
