Business development manager

Job Description

In this position, a successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Processing incoming requests;
  2. Search and attraction of new clients;
  3. Negotiating with decision-makers;
  4. Consulting and accompanying clients;
  5. Preparation of commercial offers;
  6. Participation in exhibitions and other events;
  7. Maintaining an internal database;
  8. Reporting.

For this position, it is necessary to have the following competencies and skills:

  1. Higher education;
  2. Experience in B2B sales (services) - at least 1 year;
  3. Experience in a recruiting agency will be a great advantage;
  4. Knowledge of English - not less than intermediate;
  5. Focus on results, active life position, developed communication skills.

 

A successful candidate is provided with:

  1. Registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
