Job Description

Required work experience: more than 6 years

Candidates are considered only with relevant experience in the network retail channel!

Submission to the Director of the macro-region North-West.

Directly subordinate to the Director of the clusters (10 people, a group of clusters: 10 clusters on average 100 stores in each, 1000 retail employees in each cluster). The reason for the search was the allocation of a new group of clusters.


1. Cluster group sales and operations management:

1.1 To know and ensure the fulfillment of the targets of the Cluster Group:

  • EBITDA, operating expenses (OPEX), CAPEX,
  • NPS, ENPS,
  • turnover (PTO, LFL),
  • plan for the opening and reconstruction,
  • losses.

1.2 Improving work efficiency and business processes,

1.3. Analysis of financial and economic indicators and planning activities aimed at improving work efficiency.

2. Ensuring the quality of guest service, improving the level of service;

3. Ensuring and monitoring compliance with network standards and trade rules:

3.1 Compliance and enforcement by the store staff of the group of clusters of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of retail regulation
3.2 Initiation of changes in business processes in case of changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation and constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

4. Business development on its territory:

4.1 Formation of a development strategy for a group of clusters,
4.2 Initiation of decisions on opening stores and reconstructions, relocation of facilities, closure of inefficient facilities.

5. Business and infrastructure management:

5.1 Monitoring the sanitary condition in stores, ensuring readiness for opening, ensuring the operability of equipment and the good technical condition of store premises,
5.2 Monitoring the implementation of fire safety rules, the state of technical safety equipment.

6. Implementation of personnel policy in personnel management:

6.1 Making personnel decisions on the employees of the cluster group,

6. 2 Organization of performance assessment of direct subordinates, the formation of a personnel reserve.


  • Higher education (preferably management / management),
  • Required relevant experience in the field of retail sales from 5 years,
  • Management experience (as a decision-making center) for at least 3 years,
  • Willingness to travel,
