Supervisor of sales / medical representatives (Network of Salons Optics)

Job Description


  • effective creation and management of a team of trade (medical) representatives with task setting, motivation, control of work performance, evaluation of results
  • independent realization of daily visits, including double visits, to doctors of polyclinics/medical centers (6 medical institutions per day) in order to agree with them on cooperation
  • full analysis of competitors
  • you will need to negotiate with ophthalmologists/ ophthalmologists on mutually beneficial terms that during the vision check prescriptions for glasses on the letterheads with the addresses of opticians and discounts for clients will be written out, as well as our opticians will be verbally recommended to order glasses.
  • formation and development of the existing client base of doctors/ophthalmologists/ ophthalmologists/oculists/ honey centers/ polyclinics
  • cold calls/chatters
  • keeping weekly reports on the work done by the departmen
